28-45 servings. Each 2oz pouch of loose leaf tea contains around 45 teaspoons of tea. That's 45 servings if you do the world standard 1 teaspoon in an 8oz teacup.
Most people in the U.S. use larger mugs though. For those, we recommend 1.5 teaspoons. You still get at least 28 strong servings in your favorite mug :)
(For iced tea, do hot water and then pour over ice, or longer steeping in cool water.)
Both have the same high-quality premium tea— our loose leaf teas come in resealable pouches for steeping with an infuser, while our sachets are pre-filled for easy, more convenient steeping.
