28-45 servings. Each 2oz pouch of loose leaf tea contains around 45 teaspoons of tea. That's 45 servings if you do the world standard 1 teaspoon in an 8oz teacup.

Most people in the U.S. use larger mugs though. For those, we recommend 1.5 teaspoons. You still get at least 28 strong servings in your favorite mug :)

• Scoop 1-2 teaspoons into an infuser. We recommend our natural tea bags, mesh ball, or stainless steel infuser.
• Bring 8-12oz of water to a boil (190-210°F).
• Steep for 3-5 minutes.
• Remove infuser and enjoy!

(For iced tea, do hot water and then pour over ice, or longer steeping in cool water.)
