We offer a 30-day moneyback Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that unless the product received is damaged or faulty, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
No Return Necessary
In line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, you don't need to return the item in order to request a refund. Please contact us at hello@drinkchapters.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation for your dissatisfaction. We will then review your refund request and process it as quickly as possible.
Discretionary Right
While we want to ensure maximum satisfaction, we retain the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests. In the case where we determine that a refund policy is being manipulated or abused, we may make the refund contingent on the return of the product.
In such cases, customers will be required to return the item(s) to us in their original packaging. The item(s) must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
